Crystal Open Scout always looks for preparing programs that gives pleasure to the minds of the rovers. Each and every program is planned in such a manner that they are joyful and highly enjoyable. Mostly, rovers themselves plan and execute their programs. Thus, the freedom of their opinion and choice is highly valued in this group.

         The programs like sight seeing, regular tours to different places, different types of inter-patrol competitions, celebrating different festivals of our culture, are some of the examples.

Our programs are planned not only to have merriment in our life, but also, we try to bring happiness to other peoples’ lives. As members of the Scout Movement, we are committed to serve the community and the creatures around us. Therefore, a significant part of our programs are attributed to the welfare of the society.

            We regularly go to the villages to motivate and teach people about primary health issues, illiteracy, cleanliness, different harmful diseases, etc topics.

            Our regular annual camps have larger part of its time for community development activities. We try to reach the people of the underdeveloped part of the society and beyond the city of Dhaka.
